Terms and conditions of the News Rover license:
- Each customer may install News Rover on two computers provided they
are both for your personal use. (You can't let a friend install one of
the copies on his computer.) For example, you could install one copy on
your home computer and the second copy on a notebook computer you take
with you when you travel.
- You may not give your registration key to anyone else, post it on
newsgroups or otherwise make it available to anyone else.
- You may continue to use the version of News Rover you purchase forever
as a standard newsreader using subscribed newsgroups and Autoscan. There are
no recurring costs for this type of use of News Rover, but you must have
access to some Usenet news server. You are responsible for paying the
subscription costs for any news server if you don't have free access to one.
- About once a year a major upgrade to News Rover is released. If you wish,
you may purchase the upgrade for a nominal fee.
- The MP3 and File Locator features of News Rover require access to an
indexing system we operate. Your license for News Rover includes a minimum
of one year access to the indexing server. At the end of the year you may
not be able to use the MP3 and File Locator functions unless you pay for
an upgrade to a newer version of News Rover.
- Free e-mail support is provided to all News Rover customers. Telephone
support is available at extra cost.
- When News Rover is run, it authenticates your registration information by
connecting to a registration server. For additional information about the
authentication process

- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at a
future time.
